Birmingham Games - SATURDAY

The Birmingham Games is the Midland Counties AA flagship indoor event and is run as a Championship Meeting for Seniors and an Open Meeting for all other age groups.

Held annually at the world renowned Birmingham National Indoor Arena it attracts one of the largest entries of the indoor season and has a long established tradition of good competition.

In 2009 it will be held two weekends before the National Championships giving the athletes the chance to see how their training is holding up before the trials.
