Whyte & Mackay premier League Darts

After a successful Darts tournament earlier this year when almost 6,000 fans packed into The NIA to see Phil "The Power" Taylor, rising star James Wade and Holland's Raymond van Barneveld, the Whyte & Mackay Premier League Darts is to return to Birmingham in 2009.

The NIA hosts the eighth league night on Thursday March 26 welcoming the world's best darts players.

The eight competitors for the 2009 Whyte & Mackay Premier League Darts will be confirmed in January, with the top six players from the PDC Order of Merit, following the Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship joined by two Wildcard selections.
